Handicraft of Bhuj

Bhuj is an ancient city culturally similar o rajasthan. People of Kutch-Bhuj are simple, sobre, peace-loving  with sweet tongue. All these pics were clicked by me in a small village namely Bhujedi where an exhibition was displayed for handicrafts of this area of Gujrat.

Bhuj Palace (Prag Mahal) is a 19th century palace made in Italian marble & sandstone. Due to severe earth quack in 2001, the palce was severly damaged but was repaired again . Some antique pieces are still displayed there. Some scenes of the palace were picturised in Hum Dil De Chuke sanam & Lagaan movies.
